Booking cancellations and amendments can be made with our Team via email at reservations@dartmoorlodge.co.uk, or by using the ‘Manage my booking’ option on your booking confirmation email. When the booking is confirmed, a reservation number will be supplied. This must be retained for access to the booking in the event of the need for cancellation and/or amendment. Reservations can be cancelled up to 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival, and you will be entitled to a full refund. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation after 3pm, 2 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee will be for the total price of stay. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. For this purpose, Dartmoor Lodge reserves the right to set off the amount payable for such cancellation against the Client’s credit card without prior notice or approval of the Client, where applicable.
If Dartmoor Lodge cancels before 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival, Dartmoor Lodge’s liability to the Client will be no greater than the amount paid by the client in respect of any booking. If Dartmoor Lodge cancels within 48 hours of the time of arrival, our liability will be limited to the charge for one night’s accommodation. Where possible, Dartmoor Lodge may but is not obliged nor will it be liable to find alternative accommodation for the Client if we are unable to accommodate the Client.
Settlement of the bill in full, must be made prior to arrival at Dartmoor Lodge. Upon arrival, Dartmoor Lodge reserves the right to request preauthorization of the Client’s credit or debit card.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please contact Dartmoor Lodge prior to arrival.
